Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive at Addtocart Consulting.

You will be responsible for handling day-to-day finance and accounting operations so the founders and team can stay focused on growth. This role is about accuracy, discipline, and hygiene.

You will work closely with the founder and external CA partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
• Maintaining books of accounts and basic reconciliations
• Tracking expenses and preparing monthly summaries
• Coordinating with CA for GST, TDS, and compliance filings
• Managing vendor payments and internal financial records
• Ensuring financial data is clean, updated, and reliable
