This is a direct opportunity to work with the founder (Ashish), who creates content at @okayburade (120K+ followers). The personal brand drives distribution for ATC Consulting, and you will own the research and content intelligence that powers it.

If you study content like it's a sport, this role was built for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Scout copy-worthy formats, post-worthy topics, and visual references worth adapting
• Study A+ creators — break down what works and adapt it for our audience in our voice
• Feed insights into the founder's AI content brain and train it to think and sound like him
• Use the trained AI to generate scripts and ideas
• Document everything — formats, topics, references, experiments
• Help build the founder's content playbook

This role is for you if you:

• Are a creator yourself — you understand what it feels like to make content, not just analyse it
• Are obsessed with why things work, not just what is trending
• Think in systems — you document, organise, and build things that last
• Are comfortable working directly with a founder and taking ownership without hand-holding
