Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Strategist at Addtocart Consulting.

You will be responsible for shaping the creative direction for paid media and content. This role is about turning insights into ideas that perform, not just brainstorming hooks.

You will work closely with performance marketers, designers, video editors, and founders.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing creative strategy for paid ads across Meta and Google
• Translating data, insights, and research into clear creative directions
• Defining hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks
• Planning and prioritising creative experiments
• Reviewing performance data to iterate and improve creatives
• Collaborating with designers and editors to ship fast
