Over the last 3 years, we’ve partnered with 50+ brands across India and the UAE, including Raymond, Apollo, Cult.fit, Flatheads, and Ezo. We are now expanding into the US and UK.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive at Addtocart Consulting.

You will be responsible for building and managing people operations as we scale. This role is not about corporate HR. It is about hiring right, onboarding well, and creating systems that help people do their best work.

You will work closely with the founder and team leads.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end hiring for full-time and intern roles
• Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Owning onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Managing HR policies, leave tracking, and basic compliance
• Acting as the first point of contact for people-related issues
• Helping build culture and internal processes as the team grows
