Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Social Media (ORM) Intern at Addtocart Consulting.

This role goes beyond ORM. You will support the end-to-end content workflow, from idea support to production coordination and post-production follow-ups.

You will work closely with the founder, content research team, and video editors.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing comments and DMs across social platforms with the right tone
• Flagging important messages, leads, or issues to the team
• Supporting content ideation by working with the content research team
• Assisting with shoot preparation and production coordination
• Coordinating with video editors for post-production timelines and feedback
• Tracking content status from idea to publish
• Maintaining simple trackers for content, edits, and approvals
